Pan Fried Oysters in Breadcrumbs
Remove the oysters from their shells, rinse and pat dry between kitchen towels.
Coat in firstly in flour, then egg and finally breadcrumbs.
Melt sufficient butter in a frying pan to coat the base. Heat until frothing.
Place the coated oysters in the butter and fry lightly, around two minutes each side.
Serve immediately with a salad, adding lemon juice if desired.

Put a tea spoon of cream, grind of black pepper, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and topped with a little butter on each oyster. Grill for 1-2 mins. Delicious.
